I am a current client that's been cleared for treatments at Lüz Lounge within the last 12 months.  My account is in good standing.  I agree to allow all video footage for training and social media posting purposes.  I am not pregnant, breast feeding, taking any antibiotics or will have used retinol 2 weeks before my arrival.
